As the seasons change, so do our energy levels and emotional well-being. To support our community in navigating the challenges of winter, we hosted a 3-Part Mountain Movement Class Series—a virtual event designed to uplift, educate, and empower individuals experiencing the “winter blues.”

With a Pay What You Can model, this series was open to all, fostering accessibility, connection, and self-care.
